We envision an environment that is social, engaging and\u00a0facilitates\u00a0collaboration and inspires curiosity.\u00a0Two large atriums serve as a source of light, while also\u00a0facilitating\u00a0a visual connection between the public spaces and private residential floors. The interior scheme revolves around integrated storage on many scales throughout the building, including storage cores for equipment storage in large spaces and built-in amenities in units. Our intent is to create a dynamic environment which supports users\u2019 ability to manipulate space according to their needs.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
