The first floor of the building is a forum for the public to engage with the residents and their art, consisting of spaces such as multipurpose event room, classroom, demonstration kitchen, maker space, and meeting spaces.

Project Description

We envision an environment that is social, engaging and facilitates collaboration and inspires curiosity. Two large atriums serve as a source of light, while also facilitating a visual connection between the public spaces and private residential floors. The interior scheme revolves around integrated storage on many scales throughout the building, including storage cores for equipment storage in large spaces and built-in amenities in units. Our intent is to create a dynamic environment which supports users’ ability to manipulate space according to their needs.
